Where can I use the package?
Depending on your choice, you can use the package at either Flyspot Gdansk or Flyspot Katowice.
What is the time frame for using the package?
The package must be used, i.e., flown within 6 months from the purchase date.
What does accommodation in the package look like?
Accommodation from the package is provided at Flyspot in team rooms. In case of unavailability, we offer accommodation in selected hotels near the tunnel.
How can I benefit from meals included in the package?
At Flyspot Katowice, upon arrival, you will receive special vouchers - 1 voucher for each day - which you can use at the bars located directly at Flyspot. At Flyspot Gdansk, you will receive a voucher to use for catering services, where you can order catering for selected 5 days with delivery to the tunnel.
Does the package include coaching?
The package includes tunnel time without coaching. However, if you need a coach, let us know, and we will help you find one. Coaching fees are paid directly to the coach.
What if I can't use the package within its validity period?
We offer the possibility to extend the existing package - at any time after its expiration - directly through our website, for a fee.
How can I purchase the package?
You can purchase the package by using the link on this page - it will redirect you directly to our website. After creating an account, if you don't already have one, you can purchase the package by paying with your credit card (Visa/Mastercard).
How to book tunnel time?
You can make reservations through our website.
Choose the tunnel flying option, select the PRO version, then proceed to book flights. Choose Gdansk or Katowice location (depending on your package choice), and in the calendar, you can see availability for each day. By selecting the desired number of minutes, you can reserve the chosen amount of minutes in each slot. Finally, remember to confirm the reservation. The system will also prompt you for payment - choose the credit payment option - this way, you'll pay with the time from your purchased package.
Can I share the time from the package with mates pro-flyers?
Yes, the time from the package can be shared. However, the extras from the package (accommodation, meals, flight reinbursment) are only for you.
How can I obtain a refund for my ticket?
Upon arrival at Flyspot, please send us your ticket and a ticket receipt to pro@flyspot.com.
Once approved, you will receive a refund for the ticket. The refund amount depends on the package purchased, ticket price and is up to a maximum of 100 €. There is also the possibility of receiving a refund in the form of tunnel time. Refunds for tickets apply only to tickets from/to Romania country. Please refer to the terms and conditions available during the purchase of the package.
I'm not from Romania, can I still purchase this package?
Yes, however, the refund for the airline ticket is only applicable to flights to/from Romania.
